Cell Signaling San Diego collaborates with the Biomolecular/Proteomics Mass Spectrometry Facility (BPMSF) to provide UCSD researchers with state-of-the-art facilities for proteomic technologies.

The facility develops proteomic technologies and provides access to instrumentation for protein/peptide mass spec analyses (MS), including hydrogen deuterium exchange (HDX) MS.
